Sorry,
Which was

Flanagan, whilst we would like more wins, he has instigated programs not only in the football department but beyond that, which are (indirect quote) "second to none" I believe the CEO stated.

Thus, my comment yesterday regarding focusing on wins only being myopic, and the plus column having more entries than the negative.

So, hypothetically, Flano is sacked and we get a replacement.
Are you also only giving them the same 2 years before asking for another replacement?

Genuine question.

Not having a go.
Yep I think two full seasons is enough time to get the team a top 8 finish. I have waxed lyrical on a coach at the club needing support systems in place such a head of recruitment, GM of football and pathways etc to go with.

Oh wow, great insight and great to know the football department is top notch now.

Does that mean we can look forward to some good quality signings soon?
Or does it mean on field results will improve?

Exactly, it’s a process. Sharks has a few dismal years under Flanagan, then when the sprouts started to shoot he had a 64% win rate between 2016-2018. Sharks have been there or there abouts since. They were able to keep in the fight because recruiting on a winning team is way easier.
The thing that is hindering him short-term is the treatment of Ilias vs Kyle. I think with Illias we may have won a few more games due to field position off his marginally better boot. (Yes I know he’s not kicking in reserve grade, but that’s because he’s a right foot kicker playing on the left, not because glover is a better kicker)

The narrow minded simpletons cannot see the growth and development, that’s fine, I’m sure their hearts are in the right spot.
I’m buoyed by what I’m seeing, a team out of luck, down on troops, pushing top 4 teams to the 80th minute.
Sure, very disappointed that the season has gotten away from us but if we keep playing with the intensity we are, then the wins will come and we will be so much better for it next year.
A couple of off season signings and this place will be buzzing again.
Sack Flanigan? lol, grow up and look a little deeper.

You claimed after Griffin was sacked that a new coach would have an immediate impact on results.

Now here we are three years later and you're talking nonsense about 'growth and development' and that you're bouyed by constant losing.

You're the biggest simpleton on the forum and btw did you forget this is LU or not JA again or?
