Sack Flanagan

Yes hewi he will not be around for much longer , nevertheless I believe what Kevi Walters said is very close to the mark .

He called for the Dragon players to take ownership of their half hearted performances, more so after their 1st up outing in Las Vegas , perhaps that took everything from them as they done everything that would be expected from a team except win the match .

But alas they return home and don’t seem to be able to run the length of the field without stopping for a rest , if I was the head honcho of the club I would draw up new contracts that mirrored their on field efforts .

Could not agree more with you and KevI however it won’t save Flanagan now.

Nothing wrong with having a positive outlook or being hopeful at all.
That's not yourself though, instead you're living in your own delusional fantasy land, to the point of being so dogmatic that you regularly denounce anyone who dares to question the direction of the team. You do this under the veil of humour, pretending you're the clown of the forum but in reality Thrush, you are too soft to even cop half of what you dish out to others.

The sooner a resident of fairy land like yourself disappears from this forum, the better, please don't let the door hit you on the way out champion!

😂😂😂😂
I’ve been a member of this forum for 10 years dickwad, Im not going anywhere.
You’ll be gone again soon enough on one of your hiatus , do you avoid the forum completely when dragons are winning or do you still lurk in here to buildup your receipts?
How sad, only posting when losing, MIA after a win. Sad sack.

This thread was started as a joke by @gregstar .
Because your supporters and club have continually let your coaches go.
Greggy started it the day Flanno was signed on, a total pisstake.

And yet here you all are, the same position you have been numerous times over.
You have systematic problems stemming from the top.
Some of you say it, some of you ignore it because it's what Phil Gould's review said.
In the end it is true, your club is running itself like it is 1979, not 2026.
I'm not saying this to pick a fight, I'm saying it as an outsider looking in.
Peace

Gee sorry to hear that you plan on sticking around, but let's be honest, you remember when you left back in 2022 for a month or so after I put you back in your little box? 😂😂😂
You won't be able to keep up your fairy land bullshit takes on everything dragons related when the coach you support has the team playing so poorly.

Saying I am never here after a win is such a stupid observation, it's been so long since we won and that shows how dumbfounded and baseless your claim is.

Bye Bye Miss American Pie 👋👋👋👋 😂😂😂😂

You’re such a simpleton with your little emojis and baiting tactics. Always trying to dunk on anyone who has a positive outlook.
Im not going to waste everyone else’s time in the forum by going back and forth with you for days on end, although you’d love that and couldn’t give a toss about anyone else in here.
So enjoy your time over the coming weeks calling out anyone who dared to be hopeful. Make sure you cash in on your receipts with your childish gotcha stuff.
Miserable prick.

Flanno is a symptom of a much bigger problem.

A few years ago, it was said that we are irrelevant. What do we stand for?
The problems start and end at the board level.

We had a golden chance in 2009-2011 to create what the Panthers have now, what the Dogs are building presently, and so on. Maybe barring their massive pathways, but a brand that was appealing and competitive week in, week out.

We are penny-wise and pound-foolish. This forum is a wonderful indicator of how we are traveling.

Never did I ever imagine that I would stop giving a fook, but that's how I feel. We are a basketcase.

RE: the contract talks going on hold...

Of the players currently off contract, I am happy to show each of them the door.

The only one which will likely come back to bite us would be Su'a. I'm very much on the fence. He hasn't exactly been setting the world on fire for us (I'm also still scarred by his dropped ball over the line during Magic Round last year), but would undoubtedly go and re-find himself at another club...

...this would free up the cap space for us to go recruit where we really need to, perhaps find a cheaper edge player in the market who offers similar but with more potential upside, while also putting the faith in our up & coming edge players to take us into the future (Egan, Halangahu, Tsougranis, etc).
