Thought I'd give Flanno a compliment for the little video snippets that he's been doing occasionally this year - especially for home games - asking fans to come out and pack the grounds when we're playing at home - first time I can remember a Dragons coach getting off his ass to try and engage the fan base. All part of promotion I know but its good to see a coach try and include the fans and actually acknowledge we exist. Can't imagine Griffin, McIdiot or Price bothering to try to excite or include fans before a game.
Little things like this show me he's taking building a new culture seriously.

To me Shane Flanagan has been a much more proactive Coach in promoting the Dragons than the others that we have had and I include Bennett. While Bennett helped us win in 2010 and got us the minor premiership in 2 comps, he didn't "sell" the Dragons image as much as what I think Flanno is doing.
