-to perform strategically under a variety of game plans & evolving match situations.

Quite simply, the re-signing of Mary for a further two years is an act of betrayal of epic proportions. If the board had any soul, any moral fibre, any professional instinct, any care for on field performances, any of these things, it would, it should, collectively hang its head in shame.

Of even greater concern to me are those fans who prop up the board, even by default, in financially supporting this club through memberships. This is, effectively, a bigger act of betrayal. Yes, betrayal. You can forget effecting changes at board elections,, we only have our financial support as a weapon to strike down the boys club and effect change.

Last year we had a good run with injuries, this year complete opposite.
We are in a world of pain trying to replace Norman or McIdiots running the bench.
I also blame our second grade coach, his sole role in life is to get players ready to transition to first grade.
Look at other clubs who given 19 year old juniors a spot in first grade and are ready for out.
Having Allbad and Lats in our seconds is a waste of two positions that should be filled by promising youngsters,
We need a total clean out of our compacting squad, it won’t happen so the next three years is like Groundhog Day.

I'd say, give Bennett two sessions with the back 3 and our middle forwards and you will see a big difference in their defensive skills.

Bennett showed our squad of 2009 - 2011 how to defend and installed our brick wall attitude. He mapped out the real-estate on the field that each player is responsible for and devised a plan that grouped players in support of each other.

Bennett truly implemented the 'work for each other' ethics.
