I respect your opinion and your entitled to it. Yes it's full on and I give as good as I get.
And you get what you deserve...

As I said I want Sterlo in charge and don't care for factions. Independent board is the only solution with likes of John Quayle on board would be great. Spagnolo and Fitzgerald had their chances, the plumber had his chance and muffed it. Now we need change, real governance change for the survival of this club.
That's a lot different to 95% of your usual posts, where it seems like it's all/only about Sharp and you deflect any blame from previous adminsitration... Perhaps the way 95% of your posts focus purely on Sharp is why people here (correctly?) assume that you are part of the Spags/3P fold, doing the boss's dirty work on forums?

Deflect? Pffftt. The hypocrisy lol.

I talk about the plumber because he's In charge NOW. He is responsible, he has to f**king accountable for what's happening. And he f**king deserves it because he promised a whole lot of good governance and other shit and so far has failed failed failed in the worst possible way.

You keep associating me with spags or fitzy, they are gone. Don't think they have a chance coming back.

I don't deflect and make excuses like yourself for this board because the buck stops with SHARP. I've said before and I'll say it again ... We are in this mess because the plumber refused to take responsibility and ownership of the club from start. From the start we got excuses and the blame game about the previous board. No component management does this.

Look at what's happening to the club. If we win a game this year we will be copping the whole "cheats" comments. The plumber has dragged this clubs name through the mud. If you're still happy with his record and management skills then good on you, keep supporting him.I for one can't accept what is going on at the moment.

What I find intriguing is who leaked the board meeting minutes. Could people on his own board want him out?

More intriguing that the minutes were recorded like this.

Indicates that no-one thought they were doing the wrong thing (ie incompetence)

Cheats don't record the decisions to cheat in the board minutes.

You know a lot of stuff about things that most of us aren't privy to considering you are not aligned with anyone.

And of course the people on the board aligned with another faction want him out, that's the problem with have factions!

Don't know any current or former board members. Not aligned with anyone and I don't have any inside info, trust me. I love the club and I hate seeing it the way it is currently.

I'll put it you that if it was not cheating then it' has to be gross negligence of the highest order. And if it is the latter then surely that is even a greater reason for this board to be dismantled for their utter stupidity.

No more excuses. They have had too many chances.

So you think Sharp should have been pandering to the factions?

Nope I didn't say that. I think he didn't take ownership and failed at leadership. He made it his mission and focus to get back at other factions that he lost sight of his promise which was good governance. He lost focus of what was important.

I dont think the NRL audit will matter much to you, despite the fact that this is only media speculation and we have already passed the original audit, your mind seems to be made up already, yet nothing has been proven

Twizzle, any chance you could move all of Jakes future posts to the swamp? The girl is a numbnut halfwit.

I still don't see anything conclusive in the "leaked" minutes.

One sentence, with no context, that could have several implications is all I've seen. Have I missed something there?

How could they possibly refute it without breaching the privacy of their players and employees?

Easy. By declaring that these are not the board minutes at all and have an indepedent legal firm or the NRL to confirm it. Confidentiality is easily maintained whilst confirming the leak is false.

I don't think you have. It's just that others have jumped to conclusions.

It is ridiculous to record general discussion in any minutes. Motions, resolutions and maybe voting is all that is required. Trying to make note of discussions is always a risk and always open to bias and interpretation.
