Yes Thomas, he did. One year in French Top 14. One year in S15 and in he goes. Not bad for a league forward.

Yeah. Straight onto the bench. This year is the only year he's actually started a few games. How many games did he play in the RWC? I suppose he did get a medal for his cameo in the semi and the final.

:? He was in the team for every game. Started a few of the pool games and the quarter final.

But did he walk into the team as Sam is suggesting?

Being stuck behind Nonu who, last year, was in better form isn't what I'd call walking into a team. Unlike some other RL converts, he did it the hard way. Playing in France and then in the ITM cup. He's been in terrific form this year though. I would have liked to see him tested against the bigger nations like South Africa, Australia, France and England. Pity.

Well he did go straight into the All Blacks after just playing ITM Cup iirc. Have to remember as well that comparing to other RL coverts isn't really fair because they are usually Australian and it is not really a comparison making the All Blacks vs Wallabies.

Fact is a league forward walked into the all blacks backline. Not the first time we have seen this happen is it? Farrell quit league with two busted knees and plays in the England world cup team.
Pedestrian sport.

Get out of the International section troll.

That's a rather scary team.

Let's see if Locke and co can stay injury free.

Also remember SBW will be playing 2 seasons of rugby of both codes non stop with boxing thrown in and then be heading into an end of year comp. Staying injury free and keeping form might be tough.*

*And yea I know Panasonic Rugby in Japan will be a joke but it's still miles on the clock and an opportunity to pick up injury

So far all that seems definite is that he is going to play one season for the Roosters.

For all anybody knows, perhaps he will be off to Japan again at the end of that season.

No foran? I'd have him ahead of Marshall and Johnson- he knows how to tackle and can stick to a game plan.
