This actually proves my point, because if he did do this I bet that Soccer fans might discuss a little bit about the last 3-4 years of his sport career. They probably wouldn't completely ignore it just because it's a sport that some nazi mod doesn't like.

Oh, so in that case, seeing as he was in RL before that and indeed grew up playing it, he's actually still a RL player huh?

Bahahahahaha.

Oh, and get over your obsession with my being a mod, you might have a damn point if I was deleting or moving your posts, but I haven't have I?

The fact that he could play that instead of the RLWC? Pretty simple really.

Well dur, that's the whole point ffs, if he is playing union, he's a union player, if he signs with RL, he's a RL player.

Glad we finally sorted that out, thanks.

:? I don't know what your deal is, I don't think I've denied saying that if he plays in the RLWC he isn't a Rugby League player.

So when SBW was just about to switch to Union do you think everyone completely ignored his League career beforehand?

Nice comeback, I see you really thought it through :lol::lol:

A guy signs a contract for any other sport but he's still a union player aye eddie?

Losing what? It was the only explanation I could fathom. I think you are a muppet who has made zero sense apart from saying that I'm not allowed to bring up Rugby Union in a discussion about a current Rugby Union player and his future.

Hey, you lost it when you dragged in family members, if you can't handle someone disagreeing with you, don't bloody post.

Anyway I will get this thread back on track, SBW has been in great form for the Chiefs and the All Blacks (arguably one of the best in his position in the world) so could be a great acquisition for the Kiwis for the 2013 WC, although he may not play in the tournament as he could decide to go back to Union again and play in Japan or take another Boxing bout.

And good luck to him if he decides that's what he wants in those other sports, if he plays RL, I hope he gets hammered repeatedly.

Fact is a league forward walked into the all blacks backline. Not the first time we have seen this happen is it? Farrell quit league with two busted knees and plays in the England world cup team.
Pedestrian sport.

Again, he didn't exactly walk into the AB backline, did he mate?

Actually I said that his Union career was relevant to next season as it shows how he has developed over the 3-4 years and what kind of player he is currently. But you know whatever.
