I had a particularly boring and worst history teacher ever one year in High school. However I still remember just One thing from all his classes . He drew a dot on the black board and then a line to the left with an arrow on the end and another line to the right with another arrow on the end. In his boring monotone that ussually put me to sleep he said "most people think of politics like this . Left wing and right wing . He put a few definitions on each side ... But he says a study of regimes in history shows us its more like this . He put another dot up and drew a curving line down from it to the left ,then another from the right till the two met at the bottom forming a circle . Extreme left and right end up being very much the same....

The highlighted lines of DS are traits I beleive are more common and just as common in both in the extreme Right and extreme lefts than those people of more moderate ideology. on either side of the spectrum.
