Has anyone tried Singaporean airliner Scoot airlines, I've seen some adverts on this site Athens $590 one way.
It's the tier down from Jetstar.I've presumed that they're the equivalent of a JetStar / Virgin Blue ... except for much longer journeys. I don't reckon they'd be very comfortable after the first couple of hours.
I’ve flown Spirit (ultra budget US airline) and while they’re cheap I’d never use them for anything long-haul. The seats are non adjustable moulded plastic things that’d be absolute hell on a long flight. And you pay extra for ALL your bags, even cabin baggage. It's the tier down from Jetstar.
It's "very" budget.
I'm sure there are horror stories which dont reflect the average experience because they'll be staffed at the bare minimum so if anything goes wrong expect delays and limited attention.
Athens from Aus might be a very tough journey on this type of flight though.

WTF - do you work for Jetstar? Scoot are way better than Jetstar. In fact, all the Asian budgets are way better than the the crap shoot that is Jetstar. It's the tier down from Jetstar.
