In all fairness to him, tell me which halves have ever been great defenders? Some can pull off a few decent tackles and hit but overall many of them aren't great so that isn't a viable talking point

Titans have been pretty poor all year, and isn't just Prince either, all of them have really failed to do much; where as compare them to 07/08/09/10 and everyone was on-song running off him, and he was making plays. Sometimes things happen out of their control.

I have it on good authority that we offered in the vicinity of $50,000 more per year but Mrs prince vetoed it and insisted on leaving Sydney.

I would consider taking him back if the long term plan is Miller in the 7. That way Prince does a year or two in the 7 until Miller is completely ready.

halfbacks up until the mid 90's were all, imo, much better defenders than halfbacks today, but a lot of that has to do with the 10 metre rule and the interchange rule.
