No bulldogs supporter anywhere, at any time or for any reason can ever take the high ground about salary cap issues. Your club forfeited your rights in 2002.

On the contrary, we were the only club to submit to an open book 3rd party entity audit in 2002. As such we have every right.

Excellent post. Churchillian in its style.

But the post has ben hijacked by bulldogs supporters wanting to have a go about another clubs management of their salary cap.

This is an enormous example of irony.

A bulldogs supporter lecturing about the cap - its a bit like Saddam Hussain lecturing about human rights for minority groups!!

You're right. All Bulldogs supporters were in on the cheating. In fact, we were the go betweens, and some of us were in charge of the negotiations. We were all so proud when we got busted. We danced and celebrated in the streets.

Idiot.

Bulldogs fans had nothing to do with the cheating, and we sure as hell didn't support it. That's something that a lot of fans don't seem to be able to grasp. We're were dudded more than fans from other clubs because of the blatent cheating, because our team was kicked out. We felt betrayed. We did nothing wrong. Our administration did. That's why they're gone now. If anyone is in a position to know what it's like to have your heart ripped out because your team blatently cheated, it's Bulldogs fans. We were the innocent victims, not the cheats.

We have as much right as anyone else to discuss the topic. If that's a concept that you struggle to grasp, then that's your problem.

Thanks Reg. Yes it was highjacked by Bulldogs fans. This isnt about the Bulldogs, or the Broncos. Its about George still living in 1970. Its about George's war with uncle Nick. Its about South Sydney's inability to produce anything.

Make me the CEO of Souths and I guarantee they will become a force. How? What do I know about running a football club like Souths? 2 things. Whack em in the Central Coast and hire a big name coach, then watch a couple of high profiled mercenaries run to join the club.

George knows jack sh*t.

Who are you to point the finger at the Roosters? They haven't been proved as cheaters, you have.

"Innocent victims"? Your current team is only the way it is because you rorted the cap. I'm sure you enjoyed your 18 match winning streak.

As the saying goes, those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

Does Piggins even have anything to do with the Bunnies anymore? Or has he just nominated himself to be spokesman on anything and everything?

Yes here is a club that not only admitted they cheated the cap, they glorified the fact with a commemorative poster celebrating their winning streak? LOL. And stupid dog fans lapped it up. LOL.

Chook.

Show me where I've pointed the finger at them.

All I've said is that Anasta wouldn't have gone from the Bulldogs to the Roosters for a few thousand dollars if he truely wanted to stay at the Bulldogs. So either the Roosters have offered him a lot more, or he wasn't being honest about wanting to stay at the Bulldogs. Where's the fingerpointing there?

I'm just sick of people saying that the Bulldogs fans have no right to discuss salary cap issues. It wasn't the fans that cheated, it was the club. Fans were victims and have as much right as anyone else to comment on the matter.

Make sense?

Chook.

Lapped it up by marching on the club and demanding the board be sacked. Woohoo!

Interestingly, the Bulldogs were outsiders to make the eight at the start of 2002 with the punters because of their perceived weak line-up. So 17 wins in a row, although not legitimate, must still have been an achievement for a bunch of players that weren't given any hope at the start. And it was fun to watch too at the time. Pity it all fell in a screaming heap at the end.

Outsiders?

After finishing second im the 2001 minor premiership I doubt they were outsiders to make the 8 in 2002.

It wasnt their weak lineup...it was the fact they could string a semi final win together to save their season. Just because the team lineup didnt look like world beaters doesnt excuse the fact they fielded an illegal team. So they fluked a few wins. It happens.:)

You bumped up the Anasta offer as high as it could go, fully knowing you had buckleys and trying to increase the loading that Easts would have given him.

f**k you George.

Your long evil hatred of my club is completely unjustified yet you continue rubbishing The Roosters. Who took who's junior base away George?

f**k YOU George!!!

Braith Anasta was ready to be a Rooster in 2000, before you did a "Churchill" and sold your arse to Moore ensuring Anasta went to the dogs instead. Again you went out of your way and stuck your ugly pint sized head into someone elses business.

f**k YOU GEORGE!!!

You led the march to re-instate South Sydney. Thank you for ressurecting the Wooden Spooners for the decade.

f**k YOU GEORGE!!!!

And now you come out and target another smear campaign at my club. Make no mistake people, his accusations of rorting are again targetted at my club and Politis only.
Well George, Anasta is OURS BABY. So kindly eat dick.

You see George, you are not the reason Souths exist, although widely considered as the reason. Even Uncle Nick had a hand in saving you, and that's got to hurt hey George?

You havent beaten us on the field for 10 years George, and for all the underhanded, canniving, rotten, crooked deals Souths did to ensure our district was decemated, you havent beaten us off it either.

We own more than Braith's services George.

We own you.

f**k Souths George, and f**k you. I hope to live to see The Rabbitohs run out of The Entrance, and cant wait to see Redfern Oval flattened by the dyke with the dozer.

f**k YOU GEORGE.

What are you trying to say????

Definitely,

With the loss of all our stars

Darren Britt
Jason Hetherington
Craig Polla-Mounter
Rod Silva
Barry Ward

on top of Bradley Clyde and Darryl Halligan 12 months earlier,

We lost almost all of our experienced players and fielded a team of unknowns and fringe first graders.

On Channel 10 news. NRL has threatened a lawsuit against Souths.

Keep insinuating George you jealous prick. It is just a matter of time before someone holds you personally accountable for your stupid comments.

Because of 2002 the Bulldogs are under the most scrutinity, and therefore is the only club guaranteed to be under the cap.

2000 wasn't the best of seasons for the Doggies though was it? ;-) . Weren't they also slapped across the wrist for fudging the figures in 2001?
