Mary has been very clever bringing his mate Gus in to do this so called independent review . What will happen is assistant coaches , high performance staff and players will cop the brunt of the blame . They will be the ones to pay the penalty for a completely inept head coach .
Mary by doing this has given himself at least another year as our head coach . So the talk of Sean Wane or any other coach coming in is pointless .
The question is if a joe blow average supporter like me can see what is happening why can't our useless board ?.

Brian Johnston said they are hurting after this season just as much as everyone else. Doesn't appear so if they are not even contemplating sacking Mary. Sad state of affairs. How can any coach survive a season such as this is beyond me.

The reason that there will be no new coach is that from the top and further down it is an old boys club. They are a protected class. In other words they feather their own nests

And they don't know how to make good decisions and spend money. Re-signing the coach before at the end of the season is ludicrous. You would think they would have learnt after Steve Price. He was signed early only to be sacked.
