Who would have thought taking brooks from game management and letting him play what he sees would work. Ahh only every merkin on this forum!! What do we pay the coaches for if the fans can see the obvious solution but he cant!

Madge seems like a nice bloke but I have little faith in his coaching or selections for that matter.Lets face it every dart thrower sooner or later hits the bulls eye, yet it still doesn't make him a great dart player.

Kind of backs the approach of fixing our forwards first that Potter took, although poor dummy half service, lack of option and support runners probably contribute to these poor stats. Another stat I heard is that the Tigers lead the comp for forwards taking hitups in the opposition 20. To me, that is significantly more concerning. It's almost like we don't throw shape at the opposition

Unfortunately it's generally the shape of a lumbering forward running one out.

1. Madge isn’t up to it? This is despite the 7 yrs previously of not getting anywhere?

2. The players aren’t giving effort (in most games), this is despite that they have shown they are capable in a few games?

We have lacked an on field leader, which appears to be finally fixed, with Jacko in the team?

You only need to look at the dogs to know you can’t buy a comp.

With James Roberts now out indefinitely with back problems I hope the club is looking around for a reasonable centre as an urgent signing to cover the rest of the 22 season, we are way too skinny with no reserves left.

Yeah, the only one due back soon is Kepaoa, but no date given for return, not sure how the reserves are travelling?

We have seen Junior Paulo before, but the other guy Livai Saukuru has some wraps on him as well.

Yes, OTT . . . I was trying to work out a way to slip in a disclaimer about us playing well enough the past 2 weeks.
I guess it's simple maths . . . 10 years of failure divided by 2 weeks of golden point wins equals the sum of WT.

Poor roster which includes a poor spine, dud forwards and dud outside backs. The coach might also not be the right guy for the job but it's hard to tell.

Hastings makes a massive difference but we are 2 wins and 5 losses.

A shame the Fox went to the Dogs, he would have walked right into the fullback role he always wanted. Oh well he can celebrate Cantebury's worst coach in the clubs history when they lose to the Roosters this week.

Yeah he seems to actually give a shit. I always have thought he's a talented player but just hasn't really cemented a role at a team (including Broncos). Really hoping he makes that 13 jersey his own

That's great news if true, yeah, I thought he would go back, hopefully he is seeing that the club is on the up and wants to be a part of it?
