Chooks and Raiders are on the decline. Storm will also be worse this year but that just means they're no longer a mile ahead of everyone else. They're still in the top three teams in the game:

1-3: Panthers/Rabbits/Storm
4-8: Eels/Knights/Roosters/Titans/Warriors
9-16: Everyone else

Unsure about the Raiders. Hodgson was ot there all season. Arguably top 5 player in the game and best hooker.
Yeah they lost Cotric and the pommy. But I've heard they have a few young guns ready to unleash in the backs and forwards. I think they could go either way.
The pommy halfback should also be a lot better with a season underhis belt.

JWH now 32, Morris boys 34 and Friend 31. Guys this age can have careers turn pear shaped very fast. Cordner is missing for half the season.
It leaves a lot of pressure on Keary and Tedesco to have huge seasons The other half is a rookie. I think if one of the two mentioned spent a lot of time on sidelines they could miss the 8 all together.
