I want to reply to your points but it is pointless.
I think we already established that. You don't think Semi Radradra should be held responsible for his decisions. How can you then be expected to take part in any logical conversation?

I may be a f**king idiot but at least I am not a continual running joke on this forum.

Not sure if you actually even want to be taken seriously, but people laugh when you post.
The smart ones know when to laugh and when to listen. The rest of you don't really matter.

All the best you stupid merkin.
I might be a stupid merkin but at least I'm not a racist.

On enforcing an injunction upon Semi, whilst it seems problematic, It also seemed to work on SBW. Different circumstances ( I think he had real estate here? ) but still, it does show it's enforceable.

Basically if he were to defy the court, returning to Australia at any time in the future would become very problematic.

but still, his daughter lives here right
Whom am I ASSUMING (don't actually know) he has a shared financial responsibility to but the mother has assumed the rest of the responsibilities. That hasn't held up for the ATO in past

He can be found in contempt of court.
But now you're relying getting all that done & France notified before he lands and is allowed entry to the country. Because once he is there, I don't think France would go out of their way to deport him (prove me wrong France, prove me wrong).
Plus all this would just be bridge burning for essentially zero return, as well as probably costing yourself any chance of signing him in the future

The minute we caved into Hayne and PAID him to leave early, players like Semi knew they could grab us by the short and curlies if it suited them

Well then players are idiots, they've had the balance of power for a long time. Football coded sportspeople players can't be so stupid to not realise they can only earn x amount of dollars playing nrl, gain a higher public profile than others but still have some interchangeable skills with those other codes. If Hayne can make NFL, I'm amazed more of the f**kers haven't done a $BW

Is that his ex in his latest instagram picture? Looks like her. Back together? Then again, it could be some new chick or even his mum. Or a new agent.

I'm pretty sure that's his new chick not the one who is pressing charges

And as luck would have it, connecting flights to Fiji are cheaper from NZ!

(Still don't think he'll see out his contract, one way or another...)

Umm the other players, club officials, NRL officials, NZ and/or Fiji customs officials, his daughter, perceived admission of guilt, loss of wages, further legal actions and/or his conscience. Take pick

Why would NZ Immigration officials stop a Fijian national, who has done nothing wrong in NZ, from leaving the country to return to Fiji?

How would Fijian Immigration officials stop a citizen of their country from entering the country? Why would they do it?

Diplomatic relations/extradition probably not the most likely scenarion or biggest influence in his decision but still another obstacle he would have to weigh up if he actually did intend to not return

Also with Gurnie and Mad Max in charge I reckon there will be a club official there with strict instructions to stick to him. If Semi did try, how likely do you think he'd be allowed to board a plane to anywhere but Australia if that official went to airline and told him that Semi was due to stand trial in Australia?
