So, it appears the only evidence the prosecution has is "he says, she says situation".

Given that she didn't report the matter immediately, surely it will be difficult for the prosecution to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the offence has actually taken place, particularly if Semi denies the entire things never took place.

Agreed. If you type Radradra into twitter you get 1000's of tweets all saying that he beat his woman. Then nuffies quoting that calling for him to be deported. The media have form on this and often quote allegations as fact. Merkins.

Firstly no verdict yet, but you can either assume he didn't do it and allow him to live his life, or assume he did do it but there's no evidence and treat him as guilty. Do unto others and all that

No I'm not. He could also get off whereby there is evidence that shit went down, but not quite enough to establish a beyond reasonable doubt decision.

Anyway, I hope that the court finds the truth. That's all that matters.
