Ummmmmm, do the courts ever go - your guilty mate, but because they didnt cross that T you are fine .... i reckon if there is a technicality, the result is just, you are free to go without an accompanying judgement
bart wants video proof of Semi not doing it.

First step is to see whether the alleged victim appears in court.

So one scenario I'm talking about is if the charge is dismissed because the other party doesn't turn up to support it/give evidence.

Technically a not guilty, but the stench if it lingers... wouldn't be too hard to arrange a percentage deal on a future contract to keep a potential witness "happy". Different imo to a clear not guilry from a contested case.

Kind if like the difference between a KO and a points decision in boxing. One is definitive, the other open to interpretations.

Keep dreaming up reasons to hang shit on him no matter what ... whatever makes you happy

Personally im over semi too - but if he is found not guilty for whatever reason then that is what it is ... and it wouldnt surprise me in the slightest if he did something wrong in all this ... though i also have heard of many cases where things are blown out of proportion and guys get the rough end of the stick just cos they are "the guy" ... so i dont really know one way or the other .... a not guilty verdict may well not mean he is actually innocent .... i dont f**kin know - there's probably only 2 people who really know .... just sick of the circus that goes with semi

If nobody turns up to make a claim against you, that doesn't mean that you are guilty.
