And different to a not guilty finding, as sometimes the welfare of people involved is more important than the procedures themselves.

I have and come to think of it their food is exposed. You go to a pinxtos bar and they have tapas style food just sitting there on the bar for anyone to grab (EXPOSED!!!) and you pay via an honesty system when you are done.

Pintxos is essentially the Basque term for tapas, not sure the Basque have anything to do with the Portuguese though, but it is nearby.
