I just read this whole thread and it doesn't surprise me one bit. The Parra Leagues Ticketek window is the most inept, pathetic, disorganised, pile of sh*t Ticket Office I have ever seen.
I do not know who is responsible for it - Ticketek or Parra, but something seriously needs to be done with not only the logistics and setup, but the stupid losers who work behind the counter. They have absolutely no idea about customer service.
My experience - British Lions Tickets in 2001. I queued up at 3.00 am, I was fifth in the queue, and it took nearly 45 minutes to get to the counter.
When I did, they were sold out. Meanwhile, we had a Plan B, and had mates queueing up at Darling Harbour Ticketek, and they were at least 50 metres back, so lets just say 100th in line. That office had 3 windows open, and my mates got tickets. They said that they were organised and efficient. The queue moved quickly and everyone was happy.
I'll say it again.
Parra Leagues Ticketek is a f**king disgrace.
