In an intra club trial, these offences are dealt in house. This is punishment enough as the players involved have to gain the respect back from their peers after the offence. The tribunal is a big factor so to just say "I don't care about the tribunal" is naive and you know it. The offences are not "condoned" they are just dealt with by the club if they see the offence to be worthy of a ban from the training park, and that is punishment enough as if you are not training you won't be playing.

I'm expressing my disbelief at the fact that you seem to think it's okay for them to carry on like this on the field at any level. In my book, punching on any level is violence which should NOT BE TOLERATED. You seem to think it's good to go in certain circumstances.
