It never had a chance the first time around.Well
It already failed once.
The entire state of WA had about the same crowds as the sharks.

Rugby has failed in Australia. It's in it's death throes. If Rugby failed in Perth, even with all the support from the South African community, what future does Rugby League have????
Well
It already failed once.

They averaged about 20,000 in 1995 and had the WACA packed on their first day. Remember the whole game got f**ked in the arse a month into their existence which screwed the Reds over.
How about moving the Roosters to Perth and increase their very small supporter base lolThe NRL can make a clean slate of things by dissolving the Sutherland shire franchise and moving it to Perth under new management. The Western Australian fans are more honest dealing with their money

The Roosters should be the Nth Sydney/CC franchise, and Sth Sydney take over the East Coast.
The Sydney Roosters are based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, which is where all the old money is. You can't walk away from such wealth for the sake of marginal geographical diversity in the north of Sydney and even outside Sydney.

Might be where the money is whilst Uncle Nick is sucking up the Oxygen,"Sure' ain't where the fans are".Nor the juniors.
No wonder they are pushing into the CC.
In reality, sure you can move from Sydney. and it needs to be done for the sake of the game.
One game a year is pushing into CC? We’ll get the odd junior from up there without having to move full time, bit like Saints do with the south.
The old money has insured that we never ask for hand outs nor see us jump from one crisis to another. We’re one of the clubs that don’t keep the NRL power brokers awake at night so I don’t get the ‘move for the sake of the game’. Hope to see you still with us in the new year.
Haven't you guys got involved with the CC juniors since ?
So Mr Pearce was not an issue ATT for the NRL.And Mr Carney.
I don't think there are any clubs who haven;t at some stage kept the NRL on tenterhooks.Whether it be via off field idiocy or monetary issues at times.
We'll be there with bells ,on not only in 2019 but well beyond. Thanks for the concern.
In 2050 don't care .
I meant that we weren’t a financial basket case and no bailout concerns for the NRL. We’re probably a textbook example on how to run a club.
No doubt you’ll still be around but wouldn’t you rather thrive than just survive?
In all sorts of what the club just got 9 million from the go ahead of the retail development side of things so much for being in all sorts..Sharks in all sorts... gona be interesting to see how all this affects their on field performance this year.
