I don't think any coach in the history of the NRL has brought their club into disrepute more than Flanagan. But, you got to take the bad with the good regarding his legacy.
Before his arrival at the Sharks, the roster was a complete mess. Through very smart recruitment and good coaching, he gave Shark fans what they wanted to see most in their lifetimes. So, all in all, he still comes out in front.

Im sure he'll get a gig somewhere down the line. I do think he needs a strong minder to oversee his decisions....his main downfall at the Sharks.
