In all sorts of what the club just got 9 million from the go ahead of the retail development side of things so much for being in all sorts..

Let us see if this 9 million turns out to be true, and not just a rumour or a promise.

The Sydney Roosters don't need to worry about such things, because unlike Cronulla they are a well managed club with plenty of money and plenty of supporters nationwide.

Oh yeah you Roosters supporters couldn't even fill ANZ stadium...It was a ratings winner to..

Saturday's AFL grand final snapped up more viewers than yesterday's NRL clash between the Sydney Roosters and Melbourne Storm....Also if it wasn't for Nick Politis the Roosters would have been gone years ago.

Might be where the money is whilst Uncle Nick is sucking up the Oxygen,"Sure' ain't where the fans are".Nor the juniors.
No wonder they are pushing into the CC.
In reality, sure you can move from Sydney. and it needs to be done for the sake of the game.

The marquee franchise of the NRL will never relocate. That rype of talk is saved for the lesser clubs like cronulla.

The NRL can make a clean slate of things by dissolving the Sutherland shire franchise and moving it to Perth under new management. The Western Australian fans are more honest dealing with their money
Then you can chat to them about AFL, I mean Rugby.

I’m sure it’s true, it was due in May so not sure why the 6 month delay? Issue is it will do little more than clear the debt racked up in the last 4 years, like the $10mill they got 5 years ago that had to be used to clear debt then. That’s $19mill of thenwindfall they will have spent just clearing a decade of debt,
What happens in another 4 years when they’ve run up even more debt? Last year they allegedly lost $3mill even after a $3million gift from the nrl. Will they run at a loss next year or will Russell finally be the ceo to sort out the way the club runs?

Praise the lord!

Thank you sweet, beautiful, precious baby Jesus, for the special people, you know, the really special ones (nudge nudge wink wink).

Albert is the gift you have given us and we thank you everyday for his specialness

St. George’s little brother will not be getting relocated anywhere. The NRL wishes to expand; not lower or relocate the existing licences (do people on here actually read the NRL reports (specifically the footnotes) or simply pay attention only to the legacy news media?).

They will stay in Cronulla - as they should.

Not to mention the current Prime Ministrr of Australia would never allow it to happen (just as the former Attorny-General did not allow Russell Packer to be deported when St. George needed his services).
