In a technical sense, its a confession as its a statement against their interests. But its so obviously tied up to the settlement of the case that its not a very satisfactory one to hang anyone's hat on.

It’s like being forced to suck a blokes dick in gaol then everyone calls you a cock sucker for the rest of your life.

So in your mind a confession is a confession no matter what the circumstances are?
Sure. A confession is a confession. It's up to a court to decide whether its admissible.

You can say it's crap that the confession was made under the circumstances that it was, but it's still a confession.

I find unbelievable that wada asada and whoever else would let the entire team off with such a lenient ban if they had any proof.
No way.
They’ve banned plenty of bigger names in sport.
Much much bigger.
Why go easy on the sharks?

Nup.
I can only think they probably had sweet f**k all evidence.

Lucky the daily Telegraph was there to hammer the club everyday for nearly two years though.
That probably helped getting them to to accept the ban just to end the shit.
I think the leniency is probably more likely to do with the fact that it was systemic above the players, not among them. Basically, ASADA may have formed the view that the coersion happened above them and they were just pawns, hence them not copping it as harshly as say, Flanno.

I find that theory almost completely unbelievable.
I cannot think of another instance like that.

A entire team getting injections?

It wasn't injections alone as far as I understood, lozenges and creams formed part of the administering of peptides under the regime.
Why would I want the Dragons to go under? Why would I want any club to go under???
You literally said the below in response to him hoping your club's "sponsors flee, crowds collapse and the club goes to join Harold Holt..." ...
I hope the same thing happens to your club
I could be wrong but 'going the same way as Harold Holt generally implies death,

Like letting the Russian athletes back into competition but not under Russian flag. The players got off incredibly lightly and should still be sending Dave Smith Xmas cards for life for what he did for them. Clearly there was circumstantial evidence which is all wada needs, there are other examples were athletes have been banned, usually with lessor sentences, without a positive test.

To suggest the players were at no fault is like suggesting Storm players didn’t know they had two contracts!

Anyway old news, back to the salary cap looming next disaster lol

Ha
Mate we’re in the clear now.
Flano has gone
Bazza was the one who found the salary cap discrepancy and reported it.
You know Todd will be too soft to kill us.

Meanwhile, can I stay at your place when the sharks play out of Perth while the new stadium gets built here?
I’ll loan you a jersey to wear to our home games.

Why?
Storm fans admit their team cheated. They have been punished and moved on.
It's the Sharks fans who are still in denial.

Nup the Storm fans take a moral ground and openly defend all the indiscretions they've brought to the game
