Has the development payment come in yet? There's some big bills need paying before the next fine arrives!

They're not thinly stretched, they get a massive chunk of the games money every year, they are probably stretching it out to justify their existence!

I haven't run my eye over the financials, but how big is the IU? If it takes over 8 months to sift through a self-reported breach then I don't care if its a team of 100 those merkins will be stretched.

In 2017 they spent $3.8million on the IU

The next stage of units is about to go on sale and the retail section that was held up is going to start too.
That include the leagues club Reno.

But ey
Todd cut his holiday short to run home to watch a video of Dylan Napa wanking and fingering his own arse.
So
Our stuff will be pushed back

Probably get 90% of what they estimated before the 10% drop in housing prices.

Also any price fall means a better chance for an increase in demand for units in stage 4 (200) ,which was not part of the original development plan.

Also demand in the Shire to date has not had the level of falls ,that many areas have. Up to 90% of demand in the past has been from locals ,many downsizing.
