So let me get this right
We got given land
We sold the right to build shit on it
We will get money for these people to have the right to live and shop on our land
...and now some rich zillionaire wants to give us truck loads of cash so he can be associated with us?

...and we won the comp.

Sucks to be everyone else.

When is Gal Tower going up? We've got one in Newy that we can donate to the Sharks to honour the great man...

so the Sharks want to build more apartments when currently there is an over supply of apartments in Sydney and the housing bubble is about to burst?

oh boy
Is that correct?
I actually thought there was a housing crisis.
Not enough affordable housing in the shire for young family’s.
They are building another massive complex at Kirrawee too.
Plus there is the Greenhills estate only minutes from Shark Park.

What’s an average 2 bedroom apartment worth and how many car parks do you get per apartment or ratio of carparks per apartment?

Demand in some areas for apartments down correct ,some areas maintained.Shire particularly Eastern part holding strong. Not reliant on overseas investors either.80% plus buying have been local residents, downsizing in many instances.

Look, if the Sharks are in financial dires at the moment over the delay in developer coin going into their bank accounts, NQ are willing to help out in these troubling times by freeing the club of the burden of having to pay Valentine Holmes his football wage.

It’s the right thing to do for the betterment of the Sutherland Shire and the game as a whole.

NQ- doing the righty by the league since 1995.

Don't forget my club. We've done our part by relieving them of the burden of having Ramien and Lee on their books. You can't discount generosity like that.

Look, we’re also willing to help rid you of more player wage debt. seeing as though he came through our junior system, we’ll gladly take Segerayo back to help your financial bottom line.

The things we do for you lot.........

It would be nice to have a hooker than can actually pass to his right. Granville does my f**king head in.
