Could the swap be on again, both contracts expire end of 2011.

The Tigers in a slump, no finals since 2005, players unhappy at Tigers espically Benji Marshall, after being fined.

Rumors around for long time re Sheens at club.

A direct swap, would benefit both, i dont think there would be much difference in both Ricky & Tim's contract.

The bonus for us Sheens knows how to coach players 1-7, and would inherit a first grade pack of some quality.

I just wish we would not resign Bombaroy for $200000, and use that to pay a coach on a 3 year contract with a reduced first year salary.

Its not that hard is it? Than if worse comes to worse dont sign another player, such as the cov, than we are up at $300000, and we havent really lost heaps of potential from the playing roster.

I am sick of the we dont have an option approach that the club seems to be giving off.

What Cronulla cant afford to do is keep losing, as people will stop coming to the matches, already the attendances would be down at least 2000 a game due to the crap they are serving up, So average admission be $20 that is like $40000 a game.

The club needs to man up and bring someone in Ricky has underperformed MASSIVELY and the team is currently running realistically dead last, time for someone new.

For a start , neither would want the job. 1. for less than than what he is on now, so double your figure 2. The other has finished coaching(club).

You're maths is flawed by atleast $100,000. You can't just sack two players and play with a squad of 23 instead of 25. The two players you sacked have to be replaced with players on atleast minimum wage which I think is $50,000 per year. Your $300k has just been depleted to $200k and you haven't even made a move yet CEO. I hope you haven't already spent that $300k on a new Coach or you've just lost $100k.

Keeping in mind those two players playing for $50,000 are the lowest paid players in the competition and they're in your top squad. You've just potentially weakened the squad and lost $100k on day 1.

We have to build with cheap, and I hope talented youth, we cannot afford top players like Folou ect, but we may be able to find them here or in Qld. We have to look and spot talent NOW! One thing I would be throwing money at , if we have any is our forward pack . Keep the engine room up to speck , every game they keep us in it.
