I am coming down to Sydney for the game vs Balmain on Friday, and am seeking like minded fools for shenanigans at the Royal Hotel, most likely involving a significant amount of Kent Old Brown. I'm trying to timetable things for my trip and to pass on the message to my brother. How does 3pm sound for everyone?

God I hate midstrength beer. Try explaining that to a customer here in Queensland, they just look at you stupid. Had one customer complain to me that he couldn't get Carlton Mid when he went down to Sydney, even though I told him it would be near impossible to find. Dumbarse!

Of my 3 biggest selling beers, 2 are mid strength (Carlton Mid is no.1 and XXXX Gold is no.3). It is very popular up here, though I do sell a lot of full strength beer. That is mostly to people who have moved here from NSW or Victoria though.

Lol. Reminds me of when I was at the Loaded Dog at Tarago. One of the patrons referred to mid strength beer as "twinkie beer".

He probably meant poove's beer - twinkie beer suggests that the beer itseff has homosexual tendencies, whereas it is more likely the case that the beer is preferred by pooves.
