Bringing in another assistant won't solve anything in my opinion bart, because they'll just be that, an assistant, whom Sk will just be able to tell what to do rather than listen to him. If they're going to bring someone in it needs to be some sort of coaching director who can oversee the whole operational coaching of things from Sg Ball to NRL level, or offer someone like JT the head coaching job, and let SK focus on his 5 year plan in regards to player development. I prefer the latter.

Which just highlights the sheer hypocrisy of the current situation. The only reason why we haven't sacked Kearney is because:

1. The influence of Pirtek and their sponsorship money.

2. The money that we have to pay out to Kearney if we sack him. (Thanks Ozzy).

In summary it's all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

The dude four from the right obviously didn't get the "no tie" memo.

Good on the players if they turned up off their own bat to support the coach/club/board. It showed more balls than they've shown all season out on the park.
