Yep. Traditionally we sack coaches in May and put the assistant in charge. Then the Board will hold another review of football operations and appoint a coach that can't get a job anywhere else.

Usually season isn't over till may for us.
Its after 4 rounds this year.

The best we can hope for is to avoid the spoon.
We are odds on.

At the end of the day at some point Dean Young will be given a shot as much as most of us hate the idea, so give him the remaining two years of Flanagan's contract, watch the rot continue, then finally that chapter is close.

After tonight's Game at kogarah that was the worst i have seen and heard fans booing at half time .

The week we played the dogs after Lance Thompson passed away they booed the team.

Mick was once a club captain. Not sure if he is in touch with the club these days. It may also be worthwhile to promote Willie Talau and give him a chance. He is done well at lower levels.

I think the playing group you have now would use Teo's head coaching inexperience as an easy out for bad results....being a club outsider wouldn't help either. Benji has the advantage that the players know the club means more to him than to anyone else in the dressing room...that gives the coach's words real weight. Potter's been.away a long time but that means he's not tarred by any club drama either....could do a lot worse?

Coach should be given the season cookie and Gutho should be responsible for the teams performance last 5 games both experience captains .
Replace Gutho from fullback to no 6 and sign fuller from Dolphins has been reported possible switch in his contract clause and Cookie with Liddle starting.

If they sack the coach so should D Y oung be also he has had no influence on the teams defence in 3 years getting flogged at kogarah is a disgrace. Yesterday the team has made a huge statement by their performance yesterday showing at home they are not playing for the coach or coaching staff .

D Day both Flannos and D Young should be told over the weekend not to return and meeting on Tuesday for M Ennis to coach the rest of the season . After tonight again booed after game time is up or we will break the record for no wins in a season plus first wooden spoon.

The way the club has decided to handle this and extend the pain as long as possible is a real test of my relationship to the club.

As these trash coaches and players roll in and out of the club, the hurting fans are what remain consistent. Clearly Hook, Mary and Flanagan would have fallen on their sword if they had the respect in the club they talk about. Ultimately that responsibility ends with the board and they are sloth-like in their approach to restore pride in the club.

I think I have lost complete faith in this club. God, we are tired of talking about sacking coaches and players. We just want to talk about good footy like any other fan of any other club. It's demoralising, and yet Tuesday just seems like a convenient date, no urgency at all.

We need change no more ex dragon players coaching the team its so unprofessional. We had Wayne Bennett from Brisbane he in 3 years got us to 2 minor premierships and a Grandfinal 2010 and a world club championship v Wigan 2011.
Go big and get the Clearys combo to 5 years coach and son the best no 7 in the nrl .
