This is an isolated incident involving a loose cannon. It cannot be compared to the Coffs incident which involved a number of players.

The only thing Pierce has done in his time in office is prove that he deals with detrimental situations quickly and effectively.

At this stage I dont think Greg peirce needs to stand down, but he definitely needs to leaarn from this.
Our players may be grown men, but if we contract such people as our current roster, he needs to be pro-active in preventing these things.

We need a security guard on our players for when they go out.

The technicalities are not the issue.
The issue is the management of players out in the public where they are in danger from the public & quite possibly visa versa.

Personally Im amazed with how many off field incidents we've had this year.

Start with Hutch Punchup
Then there was talk club didn't want Dykes, and he wanted out
Then the was the Bird sms saga
Then there was the pissing in a pub with Mapp and Harlen
Now this thing with Latu, all in the one year mind you.

I struggle to think of many other Off field incidents involving the sharks in recent years. Starts to make you think there is something going on, or not going on down there.
