I activate and de-activate mine every other week. It's just an annoying timewaster and people who I previously (before FB) liked, really f**king aggravate me now with their stoopid updates and lame games.
Here's a tip too, never add anyone you work with, seriously, no good ever comes from that....oh and exes too.
