Matt Utai at the Tigers looked odd I thought. Funny thing is, when he was at the Dogs he was one of those players I didn't like, but when he was at the Tigers I liked him. Anasta on the other hand, ...🤮

Around about that same period was that 400m runner who signed up for the tigers. Was it Darren Clarke?
Yes. From his wikipedia page:

Clark took a break from the track in 1991, playing a season in the New South Wales Rugby League for the Balmain Tigers. Playing mostly in reserve grade, he played on the Wing, scoring 11 tries, and also competed in the pre-season World Sevens Tournament. While playing for the Tigers, Clark was billed as the "Fastest white man alive".

Personally when I think of him I think of the knights which is where he played the least amount of games

Brian Waldron at the Storm. Came from afl, never a good fit.. a saboteur in merkins clothing.
I don't buy that Waldrom was the start and end of the cheating in Melbourne. They were very keen to set him up as the fall guy for it, and pretend like he was the only one who had any part of what was going on. That's horse shit. Maybe he had an idea, but it took a lot of household names who will eventually sit smug in the Hall of Fame to carry it through.

Adam Blair anywhere he couldn't ride the coat tails of a great side and a great coach. Made his name at the Storm, was shit house at the Tigers, was OK at the Broncos (although sucked when the Origin guys were out) then mud at the Warriors, too.

Would have been great in the back of an Olympic bobsled with 3 superstars in front of him, but rubbish on a go kart by himself
