This is what Timmy should use to give him space. Sterlo used to use it all the time.

Vella used to hit the line turn and pop the ball back. Haven't seen that for ages. Petero Cinn... does it all the time.

But yes - it would be great for us. Especially if we use it on Moimoi - it normally trakes two or three men to take him down, so we'd have an overlap somewhere.

Yeah screw Vella. Lets focus on Moimoi.

He has heart & agression (O'Meley runs like him), a step and good footwork, great balance, great hands, can offload a bit, attract defenders.

Next step: Get old lazarus or some good old prop to teach him how to hit and spin or some around the corner passes.

Gee, if he could do that, they would have 3 men in to try and stop him, 2 around him to try and prevent offloads or the hit and spin, man that would take 5 players out of the defensive line.

Step 2: teach him to grubber.

Imagine near the opposition line you see Moimoi lining up to charge, he gets the ball approaches the line and puts a delicate grubber into the in goal.

One area I have noticed is lack of decoy runners/ players in motion, we seem to be the only club that doesn't do it. Even the most simple run around or old fashioned scrum play (Webb in SOO 2) which I remember doing in under 12's , some sort of structure has to come back into the side as ad lib football looks good when it works which isn't too often. But when it doesn't come off it looks like, well it looks like our attack for this season.

FuiFui is better than Asotasi and will be regarded as the best prop in the game next year.
