The more this plays out the more I worry that we won' t have a tight ,competitive team next yr .Theres obviously lot we dont know , but I have worked for a couple companies that got new General Managers who were good at talking and getting new customers and new sponsers(backers) etc mostly by spruiking how they would clean out deadwood get rid of outdated practices etc. .... but They actually had NO IDEA about how to address any problems on factory floor, or who too listen to to get an idea..., couldnt distinguish who was just a psycophantic stooge only interested in self promotion , and who actually was passionate about doing their own job well ,and looking for better ways to do things.etc... I cant help but worry we might be in the same situation. Both Companies went under.

Edit: on reflection Make that 3 companies ...one is still trading under its commercial name but production is in China .
