With all players in the bubble, this article might just have hit SJ right between the eyes, but I just don't think he cares, he is already mentally with the warriors.

You know Johnson reads all crap that so maybe it might fire him up to prove old Buzz wrong.

Buzz defn seems on the Fitz bandwagon now, I guess the Morris uproar has faded so he's gone with the crowd.

Hannay has shown he's not afraid to dump a mofo so let's see who he selects the coming weeks. Granted our options are a bit limited.
Don't be fooled onto that uproar . Rothfield started it because he was left out of the loop.
As soon as he was allowed back in a that nonsense stopped and the positivity towards the Club and Fitz ramped up.
The only allegiance he has is to his work and getting clicks. He would have surmised that Sharks fans aren't happy with SJ so Bang! There's his agenda for the week, either that or the club has asked him to do it and to keep his name in their circle in the process.
It's always never what it seems.

Yeah I was a fan of SJ, I really admire the incredible talent he has as a half, unfortunately I have to also admire my Warriors mates call on when we signed him also, who described his downside to a tee.

He (SJ) can f**k right off too.

I think about the times Wade Graham and Paul Gallen were being reported as looking to move on and I recall thinking that It would be bad for the club to lose them. When I think of SJ I couldn’t be more meh if I tried.

Yep . A couple of weeks ago I thought it was drop him but now..fugg it. Go play for the warriors now in the bubble. We can save another 200k on the cap like we did with Chad which is smart smart footy.
I get the feeling we are saving our bickies in the short term to keep our cap balanced in the long term. This makes good sense to me.

Not to mention building a war chest.

One thing is for sure, we ain’t winning the comp this year. So why not see if the Warriors fancy taking him early and save some cap space for next year - we’ll potentially have enough spare cap in 2022 to even carry forward some spare in 2023 also…. Puts us on a really solid footing for a few years if we manage the available cap well…
I’m more than happy to play with Trindall and Tracey/Metcalf for the rest of the year and see how they go - gives them vital experience for next year, and gives us a chance to make an early call on if we need to make more signings in those positions.
