With bars and so forth it is often to create an illusion of popularity and let it spread via word of mouth.

That or they don't like the look of people or their quota of males is full for the evening

good crowds come when a team plays well. the more you win the more people will come to watch. last time WT played at cambo we got belted by panfers.

Blame your f**king wests CEO then
He was the one that did it
Then the one that renewed it
And the one that is about to renew it again
Mr `News Ltd is good for the game' Noyce

The board voted on this, and every single Balmain board member voted for the situation we have this year. You wouldnt have the balls to take on Sironen about this would you? Keyboard warrior.
But of course everything wrong with the joint venture stems from wests according to you doesnt it?

Why do bars and clubs regularly not let people in at their own discretion....even when they aren't full? Does that make them bad businesses?

If a bar/club had an offer to get free rent at a much bigger venue and didnt take it then yes that would make them a bad business. I cant believe Souths worked it out before us.

Yep its worked well for soufs
Dickhead get this:
The easiest way to have a profitable football club is to create an environment that makes success (winning games) easier

If thats what you think take it up with the Balmain board that voted for it. Try calling Siro a dickhead while your there.

3 of the last 4 premiers played home games at a stadium bigger than 50k.

I agree that we should play all out home games at one ground. Whilever they offer the amount of money that they are, then all games should be at ANZ.

Bunch of wallies, the guy who started it has learnt his lesson.

He would have got more constructive and friendly answer if he'd posted the question on "Taliban Unlimited"

And stop trolling on Souths LU crouching tiger you dolly-dunn cuddling mong.

Then you're a mug and a shmuck in 1
We have lost 4 on the bounce at the whoredome
Tell me where we'd be with 2 more wins (including today) - not unreasonable to expect with a proper home ground ... then give me a marketing thesis about whether it is easier to flog season tickets, sponsorships, merchandise etc for a team that just makes the 8 or one that just misses out. In a sport where the NRL tries for talent equalisation and every club tries to use whatever advantage it has to make the playoffs, we sell one of our only tangible advantages for 5c.

What you say above makes you as big a mug as Noyce

Why do you assume we would have two more wins playing at a proper home ground. We only had to beat Souths at Leichhardt last season get in the eight but we got flogged.

You still wont acknowledge that Balmain voted for this years situation either, the blame doesnt rest solely at Noyce's feet.

We also won just one out of five at Leichhardt in 2003. I guess we should have stopped playing games there back then going by your theories.

Don't compare the 2003 side with a side that has Hodgson, Marshall, Head and Farah down the spine. This is a top 4 side by a f**king mile in this sh*t comp and Noyce has given them a mountain to climb having them traipse over sydney like displaced f**king gypsies you appeasing clown

Still cant bring yourself to mention that the balmain board voted for the home ground situation. Pretty pathetic.

If you want decent juniors coming through the club (and the Wests Tigers will never ever be in a position to poach talented juniors from other clubs), then you must maintain games in the Liverpool-Macarthur district no matter what.
It`s quite simple, the Wests Tigers would not survive without a strong junior base and if they do anything to further distance themselves from the Liverpool-Macarthur region, then the club will fold !!!
It`s quite clear, plain and simple, yet some of you don`t seem to understand !!!
Back to Westie`s initial statement, I do believe that a new stadium in Liverpool where the Bulldogs were going to build is the way to go. It may only be 20mins up the road from Campbelltown, but it is a much more central location and should be looked at as the Wests Tigers future base !!!

Ask youself this simple question, who was the last decent footballer that was a genuine Balmain junior, from the Balmain junior district (not a cast off from Parramatta, Penrith or the Bulldogs), who was available to represent the Balmain district (being NSW and Australia) and who was a genuine class player ???
Now you can only half claim Robbie Farah as he is from original Magpie territory and these days Bulldogs territory, but poached to Leichardt Wanderers (who was that coach ? He should be the President of the BDJRL, obviously the smartest bloke to come through the club in 100 years !) and the only other recent claim to fame is Mark O`Neill who was a good honest toiler, but nothing more and certainly wouldn`t make our current side, even if he was at the peak of his career !!!)

No doubt plenty of Juniors but no supporters.

The Macurther area needs really needs to show they want more games out there and a team to call their own.

There is no way we should risk the future of the Wests Tigers on this notion that the 'Macarthur area is a growing area'.

We have been hearing this dribble for the past 20 years.

If its a growing area, why aren't the crowds bigger?

And don't say beacuse the region can't identify with the team because Balmain fans can certainly identify with the team.

By the way the ground at Liverpool won't be happening for a while.

Its just another poor excuse on why crowds don't show up at Cambo.

I don't think the people of Cambo want more games actually.

The mob at Ashfield would probably agree.

On behalf of the West Tigers f**king gypsy 13 we'd like to thank all our supporters in Moore Park, Campbelltown, Leichhardt, Armenia and Oman who maintain their support in spite of our heinously incompetent administration.

If anybody out there has a soccer pitch, basketball court, ice rink or shopping mall and are willing to pay 60k, we will stage a home game at your venue.

If it means abandoning Homebush I would willing give up Leichhardt and attend every game at a revamped Campbelltown. I never thought I'd accept this as a compromise (not that it would ever be the case) but the Tiger's scheduling of games at Homebush is detracting from my support for the club.

The Wests Tigers are the unashamed whores of the NRL.

We go into a game with no frontrow and leave what frontrow we have in reserve grade and get one hell of a touch up. Now if we played this game at LO or Cambo the result would not have been any different but I bet it would have been a lot closer. That drop kick of a ref would have been linched with all the get out of jail cards he gave the EEls.
