Slightly more seriously...

Here we go again. A loss or a win is attributed to the venue. How old are you guys?

Where do I explicitly blame the result on the venue, mate...?

I merely commented on my lack of motivation to go to Homebush...

Obviously, by foregoing our home ground we're losing a distinct advantage (you might want to look up the stats re: hoe side's winning) but I would never say that the venue definitively determines the outcome...it would be kinda stupid, yeah?

Of course a venue has a major effect on a teams performance. Thats why we play home and away so every second week you have the home ground advantage. Now rightly or wrongly we have given that away for a fist full of dollars, but if you think we dont gain any advantage out of playing at LO or Cambo your dreaming.

Now Iam sure if we played at LO or Cambo the Eels would have won well but we cant expect boil overs while we play at ANZ

Late 2004 we had a game at Cambo to make the 8, we got belted. Late last year we had a game LO to make the 8, we got belted again. You seem to remember only the wins at these venues.

So your saying unless you win 100% of your games at your so called home ground, than your not getting any advantage---ask the players where they want to play you goose

Surprise surprise. Another crowd of approx. 22K today which would've packed LO or CS to the rafters with very few missing out. No surprises the team got smacked yet again.

But hang on!! The WT predict 25-30K will turn up today and would rather a heartless empty stadium to cater the 300 free schoolkid passes against a team who continually OWNS the Tigers.

But it's "good business" apparently.....
