While I don't believe you can win a premiership with young talent, DAMN I wish Smithy would give some young guys more of a go:
1. Gets enthusiasm levels up
2. Keeps the veterans looking over their shoulder - gives em a bit more incentive to play well
3. You've gotta use em before they bolt

Anderson looks much better at fullback for the Flegg has excellent pace with alot of skill.
