So will Gallop get this fixed before ANZAC day?

You're joking, right? The media takes every possible opportunity to lay the boot into 'football hooligans'.

So are you saying the fans that throw flairs on the pitch, rip out seats, throw drinks and cups at opposition players, start fights every second week etc etc etc are being being persecuted by the media and don't deserve any criticism for this sort of behavior?

What's with the turning your back and linking shoulders jumping up and down thing? Don't they want to watch the game?

Those seats probably weren't broken intentionally. Just to give a bit of context, at Wanderers games the active support stand on their chairs to watch games. Alot of the chants that the Wanderers fans do involve jumping up and down, so you can imagine how, what's depicted in that pic, could happen when you have a full row of people jumping up and down, while chanting, on their chairs.

I know it doesn't look good, just wanted to add some context. Make of it what you will. I actually saw some people accidentally break their chairs while doing the Poznan (which is something that involves jumping up and down).

You would have to be a complete genius if you thought jumping up and down on a plastic chair was not likely to break it.

Tbf it's been done, on the seats, at Parra Stadium (Wanderers home ground) all season, and there's never been an issue.

Just to add a bit more context don't stand on the seats and they won't get broken, pretty sure they're made for sitting on. It doesn't take Einstein to work out if you're gonna do the Poznan on plastic seats they obviously stand a good chance of breaking.

Like I said earlier, it's been done on the seats at Parra Stadium all season, without incident. So it would be fair to say that what happened with the SFS seats was quite unexpected to alot of fans.
