I would die a happy man if RATM are included on the bill. I bought a ticket to the Sydney BDO in '08 and a few weeks later I was offered my current job in Brisbane. I had to sell it off to a mate because the BDO was on during the first week of my new job.

To rub salt into the wound my mate called me while they were playing, yelled down the line "this is what you're missing" and I heard Killing in the Name Of in the background.

They fit in with the Soundwave clue (Josh Homme for QOTSA) but not with the other two clues for band 1:

Band 1: has played BDO and were here in the last 4 years - TCV haven't played BDO.

Band 1: Formed in 1991 last released an album in 2000 - TCV formed and released their first album in 2009

Whereas RATM do tick those two boxes. They formed in 1991, their last album was in 2000 (Renegades) and they headlined the 2008 BDO that I should have been at.

I also doubt that Dave Grohl would come here in September to drum for TCV when the Foos have their own headline tour in December.

It was originally ruled out however I have since noticed Alice Cooper playing at the Enmore. So I wouldn't rule it out
