I think Russell will be a mid-game fullback option if required, and we can use our bench forwards to shift an edge into the centres, and a centre to the wing (for the sake of getting through the game if Gutherson goes down).

But yes, for selection the next week if Gutherson is out then Brown might come under fullback consideration. (But until then, having him listed as a squad utility here is premature - and could equally apply to Moses if the term involves possible mid-game injury shifts.)

His form was poor last year but still scored heaps of tries. He was probably carrying an injury, considering his lack of go forward compared to previous years. A full off season training on the wing is what he would need to iron out the wrinkles. Now that he’s injured again he won’t be training anywhere.

Physically and generally yes but there are skills that are non-negotiable. Blake on the wing is missing those.
