It does boggle the mind. A team playing poorly for most of the year, and spent most of the year in the bottom 4. Would have 5 players picked.
Past performances overruled current form.
I am surprised Laurie didn't pick his old mates Frizell, Bird and Teddy.

In the other side of the fence Ponga has been dreadful for the Knights and he gets picked. I think that is a boost for the Knights this week.

More like we have multiple players who are the best in their position so only a coach who wants to lose wouldn't pick them.
