'As we look at the replay now, Brett Morris, I tell you what, he puts his left leg in front of his right and then his right leg in front of his left and then his left leg in front of his right again, he seems to be holding a spherical object in his right arm, I tell you what they're starting to tire up the middle, I'd like to see a lot more of that'.

All you need to know about his insufferable incompetence is he believed that when Maloney was blatantly obstructed, he believed it should stay a try.
I reckon his brain scan would be indistinguishable from Junior Seau's.

After I listened to both he and that bad actor commentate the Tigers-Roosters game I promptly got my ears checked the next day for cancer.

The results came back clear but not all is well. I've been reliably informed by the other half that I frantically whisper "finds his front" in my sleep.

C'mon fox, you can seriously do better than these mugs. Surely!

Two ex players (Bwaiff and Blocker) and Warren Smith in the box and Smith the only one who knows the rules.
Absolutely incompetent at their jobs, nearly as bad as the dick who awarded the try.

Say it to his face
Blocker would have a heart attack; he is morbidly obese. Moreover, I always thought he was overrated when he played and relied on thuggish plays to get the upper hand of his opposing forwards. You would never see him go toe to toe with players who could fight like Les Davidson or Billy Johnstone.

Onto his commentary and I'm not his biggest fan. I just don't think he is in touch with the modern game to contribute much in terms of commentary. Sadly there isn't much out there in terms of modern players who can add much. One player who I think they really should bring back is Steve Menzies. He was articulate and insightful when he was on there a few years ago. I have no idea why he is no longer there.

I don't mind Michael Ennis but I prefer him in the studio as opposed to the commentary box. One critique I have of him is that he tries too much to do stupid things with his voice and imitate Ray Warren when commentating. He would be much better off if he just kept his voice normal instead of trying to get overly dramatic over things that don't really warrant it.

if I heard right, the guy played 175 games in 11 seasons..

Was he injured a lot? Suspended a lot? Or just couldn't read a map and drove himself in the wrong direction on game day?

Listened to him for about 10 minutes which is as much as my eardrums could take:(I value my looks in that area). So I committed an atrocity and switched to Nein.
Sometimes some pains are more tolerable than others.
