Hagan has failed as a coach.
I don't know if he is just unlucky, or is a bad coach. It doesn't really matter which - it just matters that he can't win games.
Fairleigh has turned around the Premier League side - and Rip Taylor has turned around the Flegg side.
Either one of those guys would make a good replacement for Hagan.

Hire Matty Johns as coach.

He wants a coach position & if the Knights hire him it would be another job for the boys.

You could wait a few weeks & sign Brown, he could be looking for a job in the not to distant future.

With Brown if the players aren't doing their job, he will b!tch slap them in front of the crowd. That would rev the players up.

I agree that Hagan isn't the only problem that we have at the moment... but you've gotta admit that he is one of 'em.

Hagen is a good coach, but he lacks the experience in the role to rebuild a team. It's as simple as that folks. He's a good guy, he did well, but a blind man could've seen this decline coming.

Leaving aside the off-field dramas, the number one problem at the club right now is Mark Seargent. He shouldn't allowed to sign up players while they're injured (Buderus and Johns) and seriously unfit (Perry) to the tune of $1mill+. Then using money saved from doing the right thing releasing MacDougall, Kennedy and Tahu to simply hold onto so-so juniors. We're a team marking time like it were 2001 still. You need to evolve every single year. if anything we've gone backwards in regards to retention and poaching policies.

It is killing the team.
