I'm hoping London scrape themselves into the million pound game against either Salford or Leigh and cause an upset, but it's probably a bridge too far.

I have Leigh beating one more super league side plus each championship side to get third. an all super league million pound would not surprise me

For mine I think we will see 1. Leeds 2. Hull KR 3. Leigh with 4. Huddersfield playing 5. London in the Million Pound Game. I can see Salford imploding with Koukash looking more and more likely to leave. London looked very good against a Leeds team which is on another level to the rest of the qualifiers. Would love to see London get back to the super league and I think huddersfield look vulnerable enough that they have a shot

Salford will become a fan owned club playing in the championship. Survival of the fittest. You have clubs from major cities like London, Toulouse, Toronto wanting to play Super League.

Plus, it looks like Manchester Rangers will be joining League 1 soon. Maybe they will be the club to give RL a presence in Manchester City - not salford.

(Queue the comments that Leigh are from a tiny village without a train station).

Has Koukash actually achieved anything?
Talks big game but no results to back it up. Still pulls 2000 crowds and doesn't win shit.

I don't get how Wakefield can be allowed continue in super league next year. Didn't the Rfl have strict stadia conditions for super league yet they are likely playing out of dewsbury next year. A pity that Bradford flounder I'm the championship while Wakefield are in super league albeit on sporting merit after last year's playoff

To be fair there on field form has hardly helped to build crowds, given top 6 form consistently they may stand a chance. And and he holds the Rfl account or so it seems me from afar

Blames them, is a better phrasing.

Here's a question for the poms on stadiums -
London has made a big deal of finding a permanent home at Trailfinders Ealing. But let's be honest, that's not a Super League quality facility. So if they get promoted, is another move on the cards?
With the increased funding of being a SL club, could they return to the Stoop?

Be nice if London could actual buy into a stadium and refurb it for eventual SL to give them a proper permenant home. One of their big issues is they have no home and no real identity,

Re Salford I won't weep if they are relegated. We lost a lot more when we lost the Bulls. Their owner is a first class dckhead, their fans have given up on them and they are cheats.

Just had a look at the crowd numbers for the first 3 weeks of the super 8's. The super league group has averaged 8,442 after 12 games. For a group that includes Wire, Hull, Wigan and Saints that's a total disaster terms of the average attendance and proves to me that how the top split operates needs to change to be relevant. You cannot have the show piece of the league season whither away for 7 weeks until the semi/grand finals.

I think I posted previously that it needs to have a more sudden death feel and give relevance to at least 5th and 6th positions. Have 4 games (2H, 2A) each with the fixture favouring ladder position, after which 7th and 8th seasons are finished. Then proceed to a top 6 finals series-

Week 1- 3v6 and 4v5
Week 2- 1v2 winner into GF, winners of week 1 play
Week 3- loser of 1v2 and other winner
Week 4 GF

Salford are very lucky their remaining fixtures are against the championship sides batley, fev and London. London can give them a game but it's likely they will finish with 4 wins in 4th or 5th.

Why is that very lucky? They had to play the Championship clubs at some point.

Just the way the draw works out. More so getting at they have put a lot of pressure on themselves and made those ties a bit more difficult for themselves. London will be tricky I think
