hey, thought i would start a thread so we can keep up to date on super league crowds. feel free to jump in and post a rounds attendance if im too slow, which i probably will be.

It wasn't too bad, compared to the Friday before... just very cold and raining lots for this game .

Bit hard to do the crowds this week without the exact figure from The Stoop. Does anyone know what it was?

Looked freezing cold..but still a good game... Barrett looked like he wished he was at bondi beach.

Mind you, he still played his nomral game of "Do nothing for 20 minutes, then catch and pass til halftime, then after an hour get tackled for the first time before doing nothing for the next 15 minutes and then coming out of nowhere with something almost good but not quite good enough before the final siren goes.

For general totals/averages and round byy round figures, try http://www.slstats.org/?function=att. General trend is up by a little each season.

On a per club basis it's a bit harder to work out, but all the attendence s back to 2003 are there. Some grounds wikipedia pages have year by year home averages, but not all.

The five fugure crowds are all pretty good but the crowds at Salford and London are terrible. Salford's form, awful stadium and lack of away support might be an excuse but for a side that wants to be a future force it's not good. I don't know what can be done in London. Year on year there is hope that things will improve but already the crowd figures for Quins are very low and I can't see that changing, even when it warms up and the union side is not playing.
