The first time I had the needle about 18 months ago, it was good. Second one wasn’t as effective. This is the first one I’ve had in about 12 months, so I’m hoping it sticks a bit better this time. Need to take 7 days off activities involving my left shoulder.

For me, the issue is bursitis.

bursitis is a bitch, wife gets it in the hip, can be painful as you probabaly know

Yeah same as me, bursitis. I've got a referral for the needle but haven't been in yet.

Referral is good til April, maybe I'll struggle through cricket season then get the jab.
