She gave up journalism and did a physical trainer diploma or something similar and she is now a personal trainer when we last spoke

The first time I had the needle about 18 months ago, it was good. Second one wasn’t as effective. This is the first one I’ve had in about 12 months, so I’m hoping it sticks a bit better this time. Need to take 7 days off activities involving my left shoulder.

For me, the issue is bursitis.
