In the case of Raw and Smackdown, I'm not sure that's a good thing.

All the companies have their issues. WWE is pretty illogical. AEW has way too many tiny people pretending they’re big people. ROH has lost its direction and purpose. Impact is schizophrenic. NWA is doubling down on being woke. MLW hasn’t been able to replace its top workers moving on. And so on...

Well looks like im not completely f@*ked just yet.

For the first time the government is actually giving me money. Lined up for 5 hours today to find out some genius couldnt read one of my seperation certificates properly and instead of letting me know or even leaving a note next to get just rejected it completely without a reason.

Was seriously worried for awhile there

Couple of my fellow Aussie sole traders who are based here in Tbilisi with me are looking into whether they're eligible for the payment as well.

In the past, you haven't been able to be on Newstart while being abroad (for obvious rea/sons), but I'm wondering if they'll relax those rules for those of us who are stuck abroad with no income?

Yeah, I'm not holding out hope. I get why it isn't normally an option - you don't want job seekers heading to Bali for six months on the government dime, but these are slightly different circumstances. I looked into coming home, but couldn't afford 2 x $900 USD.

I've now got at least 10 unplayed PS4 games, heaps of Kindle books, and most of the movies and TV shows I missed from last year.

Plus 200+ bottles of wine (mostly high end, I drank all the cheap stuff waiting for it), I think I worked out 20+ bottles of whiskey, 20+ bottles of gin, 5 or so cognac, and a heap of port and miscellaneous spirits.

Social distancing sounds ok to me.

What a hectic day...

Was working at home to test the systems, because even though we're a small department we still have never tested the remote work systems under full load.

Then we get the direction that we must work from home unless it's impossible to do so.

Except all my shit is still at work. So after then being in Skype meetings for three hours, I have to go into work tomorrow to get all my shit so I can work from home (long term).

Sigh.

Put in an intent to claim with Centrelink today, but not expecting much help. They'll say "You're abroad" and I'll say "Yeah because the borders are closed and flights home were $1,500 per person when you made the announcement), and they'll say "You're abroad".
